Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

CleanTracks AI Premium is a monthly subscription billed at £9.99/month. You can cancel at any time.

When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to your remaining monthly credits until the period ends
• No refund is issued for the current billing period

First-time subscribers: If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have used 5 or fewer credits during that period. After 14 days or more than 5 credits used, standard cancellation terms apply.

2. Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-up purchases (10 credits for £1.99 or 25 credits for £3.99) are generally non-refundable once used.

Unused credits: If you purchased a credit top-up and have not used any of the credits from that purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Partially used credits: Once any credits from a top-up pack have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

• Your account email address
• The date of the purchase
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

4. Exceptions

We may issue credits or refunds outside the standard policy in the following cases:

• Service outage: If a significant service disruption prevented you from using credits you had available, we may issue replacement credits
• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge
• Technical failures: If a processing error consumed a credit without delivering a usable clean edit, we will replace the credit at no charge
